Keeping Your Goals And Your Account Aligned
This section is designed to guide participants through common administrative tasks including:

This section assumes you have logged into your member retirement savings account.
Investment Profiles
This page allows you to view fund performance for the investments offered by the plan. Clicking any of the highlighted fund names will link you to the Morningstar.com web site. Click on the page link next to each fund to read the current Prospectus.

Rate of Return
This page allows you to view periodic rates of return for each investment by selecting the investment dropdown box. The rates may include values for monthly, quarterly or annual periods each beginning with the most recently completed date range for that period.

Investment Elections
This page allows you to view and change your future elections. The option to change elections by fund allows you to change your election set for all sources of money in one transaction. A validation of the request will occur prior to submission to ensure that your entries are within the outlined minimum and maximum amounts.
There is no limit to the number of election changes that you may request.
DEFINITIONS:
"Your request has been processed." This indicates that you have successfully entered in instructions for the modification to your account. A processed request, as far as the web is concerned, is one which has been accepted into the database. This request has not yet been processed by the plan administrator to update your account. This does not mean the request will be approved or that it will successfully pass through the system.
Reset - This option will clear the entries prior to the submission of a request.
Check Form - This option will validate your entries in accordance to the minimum and maximum election percents allowed by your plan.
Submit - This option transfers the transaction instructions to the plan administrator for processing.

Transfer Between Funds
This page allows you to transfer from one investment to another. This page outlines and validates the minimum and maximum transfer amounts required to initiate a transfer. In addition, this page contains a status hyperlink which will indicate why a fund may or may not be available for transfer.
DEFINITIONS:

Rebalance Portfolio - Current Allocation Percentages
This option will allow you to rebalance your investments based on your current allocation percentages. Confirming this option will realign the ending balance in each fund to be equal to the percentage used to allocate your current contributions.
Do not choose this option if you do not have allocations set up under Investment Elections.

Rebalance Portfolio - New percentages
This page allows you to conform your ending balance using target allocations in the same manner for all sources of money or conform each source individually. Based on plan setup some sources of money may not be available for this transaction. This transaction may be restricted due to your prior transfer requests that are pending final processing.

Contribution Changes
You may change your contribution rate online only if your employer allows for this feature. You can enter a Pre-Tax Deferral percentage or dollar amount, as well as a Roth 401(k) percentage or dollar amount (if your Plan allows for Roth 401(k)) .
Once you submit your contribution change request, an email will be generated to your Human Resources Department to implement the change in your payroll as soon as administratively feasible. You should review your paycheck to ensure the change has been implemented by your employer.

Web Transaction History
This page displays your transactions which have been entered via the Web. You may filter the data to be viewed by date range, transaction type or transaction status.
